I want to commend the sales clerk on Saturday, November 23. We drove 75 miles to get a part for our Kubota tractor, to find the store dark and locked, even though it was regular business hours. The clerk came to the door and explained the electricity was out. He used his cell phone as a flashlight to find the part we needed and used it again to contact another Kubota dealership to find the correct price. I feel he went over and above to help me. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name.
